Jonathon joined BASF/MBCC in 2017 as Head of Area KMTH (Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), before becoming CFO Africa Middle East & Asia Pacific, and Head of Greater China region. Since the acquisition of MBCC by Sika, Jonathon has become head of Sika for North Asia region, as well as head of M&A for Asia Pacific.

With over 20 years of experience in M&A and post-acquisition integration, Fabian is passionate about translating high-level strategy into actionable, results-driven initiatives. He brings a global perspective shaped by leadership roles across the Americas, Europe and Oceania. After departing Bluey in 2023, Daniel now serves on multiple boards and also holds the position of President at Snow Australia and provides advisory services to small to medium businesses.

Prior to joining RSM Australia in 2015, he worked with Pitcher Partners in Sydney, providing clients with valuation, due diligence and mergers & acquisitions advisory services. he also completed a secondment to the Baker Tilly London office during 2012, working in the audit division.
