Jonathon joined BASF/MBCC in 2017 as Head of Area KMTH (Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong), before becoming CFO Africa Middle East & Asia Pacific, and Head of Greater China region. Since the acquisition of MBCC by Sika, Jonathon has become head of Sika for North Asia region, as well as head of M&A for Asia Pacific.

Fabian Morgan is a member of the Ardex Group Management Board (GMC). Fabian also leads global strategic initiatives in Digital Marketing, Value Pricing, AI Transformation, and Civil Engineering markets for the Ardex Group. With over 30 years in construction and building solutions, Graham Athanaseris has built and led some of Australia’s most trusted names in the industry. He founded Polyseal Group in 1989, now a national leader in premium coatings and application services across major sectors. He later launched Envirosystems, an Australian-owned manufacturer of advanced protective coatings and sealants, and Structial, a specialist provider of building and remedial services in Sydney and the Hunter Region. Together, his companies employ more than 100 people nationwide. A respected industry voice, Graham is an active member of the International Concrete Repair Institute, UNSW Defects Minimisation Council, and the Master Builders Association. Based in Sydney, he’s also a passionate sports enthusiast and former rugby league player.

Paul McCalman has been involved in the construction industry for 37 years and is a Shareholder and Director of Corkjoint (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Concrete Jointing Systems (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, and Corkjoint (Singapore) Pte Ltd. From these companies, they manufacture and supply waterstop systems and specialized jointing materials into the markets of Asia, Australia, Middle East, and Africa. Paul currently lives in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and has been living there for 28 years.

Peter began his career in construction with Lend Lease in 1987, completing his Clerk of Works Certificate in 1991 and earning an unrestricted Builder’s Licence. In 1993, he transitioned to the construction chemicals sector with WR Grace, later joining Master Builders Technologies (which evolved through Degussa and BASF). Over more than 23 years, Peter gained extensive experience in technical sales, customer service, and project support, contributing to major Australian infrastructure projects from design to completion. Since 2018, Peter has been Director at EpiMax, bringing nearly three decades of expertise in construction chemical products and their applications. He is deeply committed to customer-focused business, believing that helping clients succeed drives long-term success.

Adrian Willingham is a civil engineer. He is the founder and director of Willcen Pty Ltd since 2009. He is responsible for the engineering and project management of major infrastructure projects involving HDPE CPL. Adrian is also an experienced and qualified trainer of HDPE CPL welding techniques, to the appropriate standards

Ian trained as a Civil Engineer and has worked at Metz since 1994. He is the Groups long term CEO and co-owner with his brother Stuart. Metz has multiple divisions – best known today for technical ceramic tiles, we also have a long term focus on materials to resists corrosion and abrasion in industry. Due to client demand Metz established an installation capability from our establishment in 1953. More recently we have created a façade materials division featuring both ceramic and photovoltaic materials. Ian’s particular focus at Metz is the specialised building materials manufactured in our Melbourne Quality Accredited production facility.

With over 30 years of international experience spanning finance, government, and manufacturing, Paul Eveleigh brings a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to sustainable business leadership. He began his career in hospitality in Australia before moving to the UK, where he worked as a financial analyst in the banking sector and led transformative initiatives within local governments in London and Edinburgh. Returning to Australia, Paul applied his analytical expertise in newspaper publishing and earned the University Medal from the University of the Sunshine Coast. Since joining ROCKCOTE in 2011—first as CFO and now CEO for the past eight years—Paul has played a pivotal role in steadily expanding the company’s national footprint, while continuing to work closely with founder Bob Cameron to uphold and embed the company’s founding values and legacy. Under Simon’s leadership, Corex Australia has become one of the country’s most advanced and fully integrated circular plastics manufacturing and recycling businesses. A respected advocate for Australian manufacturing, Simon is a founding member and past President of SEMMA, the leading industry body in Melbourne’s South East. OMS’ digitalisation replaces several fragmented generic Apps and computer hardware software currently used in the TICS industry. Prior to OMS, Pranay founded LMATS in 2008, currently the largest privately owned Australian business offering comprehensive range of laboratory and inspection services.
